The Sigma Chapter of AZO welcomes and accepts individuals of all PharmD and BSPS majors.
HOW CAN I JOIN?
Check the AZO Sigma Instagram (@azosigma) for the most up to date information on recruitment! We accept new members once every semester and typically have recruitment events within the first few weeks of the semester. The new member process occurs over the course of one semester with meetings typically happening every Wednesday night.
Once a recruitment flyer is available, it will be posted below!
WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
Involvement in a professional organization like ours will provide you with the chance to grow both professionally and personally. Alpha Zeta Omega allows you to stand apart as a leader and we encourage all pharmacy students to consider becoming a member of AZO. We take part in a variety of social, professional, philanthropic, and community-service-based events every year which allow our members to develop into well-rounded pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists with an amazing support system. Many of our members have also met their best friends and roommates as a result of their involvement in AZO!
WHO CAN I CONTACT?
Our Recruitment Committee will handle all of the recruitment aspects up until you officially become a Potential New Member (PNM). Then, our New Member Liaison will be the one to guide you through the new member process in the coming semester with the help of New Member Committee!
